Brian M. Lukach, Ph.D.
is a Licensed Psychologist and the Clinical Director of BridgePoint Health. He has been affiliated with the clinic since 1994. Dr. Lukach works with clients eighteen years of age and older and specializes in health psychology/behavioral medicine, pain management, and stress-related conditions and anxiety disorders. He has provided numerous lectures and has published articles regarding these clinical concerns. Dr. Lukach provides services at BridgePoint Health’s Sheboygan clinic and St. Nicholas Hospital.
Mamie L. Lintereur, L.C.S.W., M.S.W.
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined BridgePoint Health in November 2009. Mamie works with adolescents, families, and divorced populations.
Mamie Specializes in family issues especially pertinent to adolescents, such as depression and anxiety related to poor self-image, school difficulties, addiction, relationships, behavior concerns, and positive decision-making. Youth often connect with use of humor, creativity, and authenticity, particularly those who may be difficult to engage / motivate.
Mamie integrates motivational, solution focused, and cognitive-behavioral techniques that build on strengths, foster resiliency, and empowerment.

Jenna S. Saul, M.D. And Sunka, Therapy Dog
is a Board Certified Psychiatrist who specializes in child and adolescent psychiatric issues including management of autism and autism spectrum disorders, disruptive behavior disorders including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, behavioral and attachment issues, depressive and anxiety disorders, TIC disorders, disorders related to traumatic experiences (including abuse and neglect), and issues related to adjusting to life events, such as loss, parental separation and medical illness. Dr. Saul also treats women with perinatal and reproductive mental health issues, including postpartum depression, mental health issues during pregnancy, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Dr. Saul has experience in the treatment of refactory depression through the use of Vagal Nerve Stimulators.
Constance L. Woythal, Psy.D.
is a Licensed Psychologist who became an associate with BridgePoint Health in 1999. She has 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents with learning and behavior problems within a school setting. Dr. Woythal specializes in working with individuals with disabilities and family members affected by such disabilities. She works with a wide range of clients including children as young as three, adolescents, adults, and older adults with a variety of challenges. Her emphasis is on helping clients to find deeper powers within themselves by mastering challenges.
James Lipusch, Ph.D.
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined BridgePoint Health in July 2006. Jim has over 20 years of experience treating individuals for major and minor depression, acute stress reactions, adjustment disorders, panic and anxiety disorders, social phobia, and grief/bereavement difficulties. Jim sees children as young as three years of age, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Jim also specializes in workplace stress and behavioral health concerns in the workplace. Jim provides services at BridgePoint Health’s Sheboygan location.
Michael G. Huber, ThM, MA, CSAC
is a Master’s Level Prepared Psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor . He has practiced with BridgePoint Health in Sheboygan since 1994. Mike specializes in insight direction with applications in all aspects of mental health and alcohol/drug abuse conditions along with coexisting chronic pain condition. He is also a trained and experienced spiritual director and integrates spirituality in counseling. Two programs for OWI concerns are also offered. He has published many articles on personality growth along with applications in the drug/alcohol field and gives workshops in the same area. Compassion, Insight and Direction is his approach to counseling.
Rachel J. Gretebeck, MS, CSAC
is a Master’s Level Prepared Psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor who joined BridgePoint Health in 1998. She provides services for a wide range of issues including adolescent anger management, child behavioral therapy, parent/child relationships, blended families, eating disorders, alcohol and other drug abuse, co-dependency, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, child play therapy, trauma, and dual diagnosis. She works with children, adolescents and adults providing individual, marital and family counseling. She works collaboratively with schools with at risk youth and provides lectures to the community about a variety of behavioral health concerns.
Jesse Foy, MSOM, C.A., Dip.Ac
is a practitioner of Mind-Body Medicine (Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine) and teaches mindfulness practices. He believes true health and well-being arise when our thoughts, emotions and bodies are nourished by a connected, heart-felt and meaningful life. His sees his role as a complement to his patient’s engagement into their own healing process, offering helpful tools and compassionate support. Jesse has been practicing mindfulness for over 12 years and has personally experienced the richness and heart connection this practice helps to integrate into his daily life.
Apart from his personal daily practice, Jesse has attended extended mindfulness meditation retreats, has had formal education in Interdisciplinary Studies in Contemplative Psychology, Eastern Philosophy, and Mindfulness at Naropa University, and professional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts (UMASS) Medical School. He also holds a Masters Degree in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine and is the first Acupuncturist to become a member of the Physicians’ Health Network (PHN).
Barbara K. Henry, LCSW
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined BridgePoint Health in June 2007. Barbara uses family focus when working with children, adults, couples and families. She specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder and conduct disorder. She helps families identify their strengths and build upon them to reach their therapy goals. Barbara is also very successful in the use of EMDR in helping individuals overcome traumatic events that have occurred in their lives. Her goal is to educate and empower clients to bring about positive change in their lives. Barbara provides services at BridgePoint Health’s Sheboygan clinic.
John Olsen, M.D.
Dr. Olsen is a general adult psychiatrist who offers personalized services designed to meet the needs of individuals and families. He provides medication management for a full range of conditions including mood/anxiety, substance abuse, ADHD, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.
His special interests include opioid use disorders and treatment of refractory depression. Dr. John Olsen received his degree in medicine from Stony Brook University and completed his residency at University of Utah. He is a member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and the American Psychiatric Association.
Carolyn Baxter, M.D.
Dr. Baxter is a Board Certified Psychiatrist specializing in adult psychiatry, alternative and complementary medicine, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and woman's health issues.
Dr. Baxter completed her medical training at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine-Tulsa in 1999. She also completed her residency training at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine-Tulsa and became Board Certified in General Psychiatry in 2005.
Dr. Baxter worked as an attending Psychiatrist: Laureate Psychiatric Hospitals and Clinics in Tulsa Oklahoma focusing on crisis stabilization and clinical supervision of medical students and residents in the inpatient psychiatric setting.

Lorrie Garces, M.D.
Dr. Garces is a psychiatrist who treats adults, with a special interest in the elderly patient population.
Dr. Garces received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. She completed her residency at the University of Florida, Gainesville with additional training in community-based psychiatry. She has also obtained a Masters in Public Health with a focus on epidemiology. Dr. Garces has practiced in Gainesville and Harrisonburg, VA. Her special interests include late-life depression, neurocognitive impairment, and treatment within long-term care facilities.
Dr. Garces has published several articles related to the healthcare and well-being of homeless individuals. In 2005, she completed the study “Homeless, Mentally Ill and Addicted: The Need for Trauma and Abuse Services,” which was published in the Journal of Healthcare for the Poor and Underserved. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Association of Community Psychiatrists, and the American Public Health Association.
Janet Fritts, MSOM, C. A., Dipl. Ac.
is a nationally board-certified, state licensed acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist and Oriental Medicine practitioner. Janet is dedicated to promoting deep and lasting mind-body wellness through the integration of Oriental and western medicines. Her most recent passion is focused on the use of the NADA (National Addiction and Detoxification) acupuncture protocol for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder symptoms. She has treated patients of all ages and has been particularly successful easing symptoms of chronic illnesses, acute pain, and autoimmune issues.
